From Veneto traditions to classic Tuscan pastries.
At the end of the 1990s Asolodolce bought up Pasticcere Fiorentino at Rignano sull'Arno near Florence.
The characteristic Tuscan IGP cantuccini sweet biscuits and amaretti biscuits were added to its historic small puff pastry cakes and biscuits.
And the new market for each of these fine products was now the world..
